The Committee on General Scholarships oversees several scholarship and fellowship programs for Harvard students who wish to conduct research or study outside of Cambridge. The programs include exchange programs with international universities as well as traveling fellowships for study or research. In all cases, the scholarships and fellowships support a full academic year. The Committee does not fund shorter periods of research or summer research projects.

Australian Research Fellowships (for doctoral research projects in Australia)
Ecole Normale Superieure Exchange Fellowship (open to graduate students and students graduating from Harvard College)
The Augustus Clifford Tower Fellowship (open to graduate students and students graduating from Harvard College)
The Williams-Lodge Scholarship (open to students graduating from Harvard College)
The GSAS-Sciences-Po Exchange Fellowship (open to degree students enrolled in GSAS)
